Sharon Count, Mediator
It all started when…
I asked for a divorce. My request led to 10.5 years of litigation, 2 trials, 1 appellate court appeal, 3 parenting coordinators, 2 guardian ad litems, 2 court psychiatric evaluators. It was an expensive, unhealthy divorce with a huge impact on finances, mental health and communication for the whole family.
Was it worth it? No way. But, once in litigation, there isn’t an easy way out. Our case finally ended when a special mediator stepped in and saw how litigation was destroying our family.
Eight years later, I have mediated over 275 cases with successful conclusions. Divorce is prescriptive. Divorce is simple. It’s just not easy to figure out the steps on your own. We’ve defined the steps for you to follow. Don’t get caught in the court system like my family did. Mediate your divorce. Save your family from the mental health, communication and financial struggles of the court system.
