It all started when…

I made the difficult decision to ask for a divorce. Little did I know that this request would set off a grueling 10.5 years of litigation, involving 2 trials, 1 appellate court appeal, 3 parenting coordinators, and 2 court psychiatric evaluators. The toll on our family, both financially and emotionally, was immense. Unfortunately, many families find themselves trapped in the same costly and unhealthy cycle of litigation once it begins. It took a special mediator to intervene and help us see the destructive path we were on. Fast forward eight years, and I have successfully mediated over 400 cases, offering families an alternative to courtroom chaos.

Divorce doesn't have to be a destructive process. Through effective divorce mediation, constructive communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, I guide families through this challenging transition. My personal experience has fueled my commitment to helping others avoid the mental health, communication, and financial struggles my family endured in the court system.

With a Certificate in Divorce Mediation Training from Northwestern University, and membership in the Family Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and understanding to the divorce mediation process. As a resident of Glenview, Illinois, and a mother of four adult children, I am dedicated to assisting individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of divorce and transition to a new chapter in their lives.
